Enrollment at all LBUSD school sites for the 2020-2021 school year is now OPEN!  In order to ensure social distancing, all enrollments will be done BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  We will NOT accept walk-ins.  To schedule an appointment, please call the front office at (209)826-2912.  All appointments will be on Tuesday or Thursday between the hours of 9am and 12pm.  The enrollment forms below may be printed off and filled out at home, or we will have them available for you in the office during your appointment.
