Star Reader Program

A student reads a book independently or a book is read to the student.  The book can be from the school library, public library, the student’s home library, or from classroom libraries. 

Kindergarten – 6th Grade

Students must read a total of 25 books.

Rules:

  1. Record books read to or by a student.  Books may be recorded only ONCE.

  2. Chapter books are recorded only ONCE on completion of the book.  (Every 25 pages of a chapter book will be counted as one book read.)

  3. Forms must be complete (no incomplete forms will be accepted).

  4. PLEASE PRINT LEGIBLY.

  5. Parent and teacher signature is required.

  6. Forms must be dated.

  7. Blank forms will be available in the Library.

Prize incentives:

Prizes will be certificates, pencils, school supplies, etc.
