The Scholastic book fair will be December 5th - 9th. Students will visit the book fair with their class during their scheduled library time. This year we are trying to streamline our sales process and promote a coinless fair due to the national coin shortage. We will accept e-wallets and cash transactions, but please note if you choose to make a cash purchase it will be rounded up to the nearest dollar to avoid any change transactions. This rounded up donation does go towards the school and will be used to purchase books for the library. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

This week LFE participated in Global Read Aloud Week 1. Mrs. Garcia’s 4th Grade students read the book You Matter and created art that showed what matters to them and also wrote letters to family, staff, and friends about why they matter.
