District Parent Advisory Meetings - DAC

The purpose of the District Advisory Committee (DAC) is to gather staff and parent members from each school to review and revise the District's Local Educational Agency Plan. This document details the district's plan for meeting each of the five goals outlined by the California State Department of Education. This council reviews the plans created to address each of the goals and offers suggestions for revising the plans to best meets the needs and the challenges presented to our students, staff, families and community. The DAC members meet 4 times each year. Data is reviewed and conversations begin to determine if goals are being met. Revisions are suggested by the council and the Superintendent's designee adjusts the LEA Plan accordingly.
